This fitness-focused program encourages participants to complete a 4-week exercise challenge. Each week introduces new activities, from cardio to strength training, with the goal of getting kids active and helping them discover the fun in fitness. Upon completion, participants earn a Fit for Life certificate. Program Details: Week 1: Cardio Fun (jump rope, running, dancing challenge) Week 2: Strength and Flexibility (bodyweight exercises + yoga) Week 3: Teamwork Challenge (partner workout or family challenge) Week 4: Final Fitness Test (complete a fitness assessment + quiz)
