This program helps participants develop lifelong healthy habits through a series of mini-challenges focused on daily routines. They will learn how to build healthy meals, plan exercise routines, and set goals to stay active. By the end of the program, they will have created their own personal wellness plan and earn the title of Healthy Habits Champion.
